Frequently asked questions and answers.

Delivery Times - We ship within 10 working days of receiving payment for your order. A shorter delivery time can also be arranged, if it is within our means.

Delivery by Christmas? – In the run-up to Christmas, we deliver within 20 working days. We do not guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders received after November 15th. Personal collection only.

Are the boards and slides compatible with the swings?– Yes, we now manufacture boards and slides in such a way that they fit both in the Pikler triangle and in the swing and can be connected to each other and safely with a board.

What is the bearing capacity of the Pikler triangle?– The product is tested with a static load of 100 kg with weight distribution on the edges of the bars. We can state with a clear conscience that two 30 kg children will not break the product.

Is the board part of Pikler's triangle?– Mostly the Pikler triangle and the board are separate items, (each has its own price). We offer promotional sets where the price is for the products in the description.

How to increase safety and load capacity?– You can purchase special reinforcements that are designed to strengthen the mutual position of the segments at angles of 90 and 120 degrees.

Is it stable even on a floating floor?– Yes. However, we recommend sticking non-slip mats on the points of contact with the floor, which will ensure the protection of the floor and the position of the triangle in the place where you built it.

Can we use Pikler's triangle outdoors?– Yes. Only provided it does not come into contact with water. We are preparing a variant made of solid wood.

Do you ship the Pikler triangle and the Montessori swing unfolded or folded?– To ensure safety during transport, we send the Pikler triangle and the Montessori swing disassembled. All you need for assembly is an Allen key, or possibly a rubber mallet to tap the rods into the sidewalls. If you want to send the assembled segments, you can, but we will have to agree on other terms of payment for the transport, because the assembled large segment has dimensions of 90*80 cm and some transport services already consider it oversized.

How to assemble the segments of a Pikler triangle?– Each segment consists of two types of sidewalls (A,B), which differ in the type of opening on the visible side with connecting elements. One type has 25mm holes for the rods to be inserted and the other 7mm holes for the locking screws. Start the assembly by gradually inserting the bars into the side A and securing them with the included screws. Once one side of the side is connected to the bars, insert the B bars into the other side and secure the screws. The rule always applies that when assembling a segment we use both types of sidewalls (A, B). Connecting part A1, must be on the same side of the assembled segment as connecting part B1.

How to join two segments together?– If we have the segments assembled correctly, they allow mutual connection in several angles. On the floor, we bring the segments closer to each other so that the connecting parts are aligned with each other. We screw in the included securing screws with protective wooden handles so that the two segments come closer to each other by approx. 1 mm. Then we grab the assembly and look at the fasteners to find the closest suitable mutual position. Then gently push the segments together on both sides and they will be joined. In the event that the connecting part is not fully inserted into the counter, we will help by screwing in the securing screw.Never use a product where the segments are not secured with a screw and do not fully engage both connecting parts.

Disconnect the segments by unscrewing the securing screws by approx. 1.2 cm, tapping the segment, which will disconnect the connecting parts. In the case of fully unscrewing the securing screws and subsequent disconnection, there is a risk of irreversible damage to the connecting parts.

Is it possible to buy another part for the Pikler triangle?– Yes. If you have previously purchased a variant that supports further expansion. The product is designed in such a way that it can be freely expanded in the future. When creating variations, always test the stability of the whole unit before letting children onto it. Auxiliary reinforcement parts can also be used to increase safety.

What is the delivery time?– If the product is not in stock, then approx. within 20 working days. We ship lacquered and colored variants within 20 working days of receiving payment.

Do you also deliver to Slovakia?– Yes

Does the board have a stop?– Yes, the board has a stop on both sides that fits exactly on the triangle bar. The new version of the board has T-shaped stops attached to the sides of the board so that the board can also be safely placed on our Montessori swing.

Do you also make a board with climbing handles?- Yes. A board with climbing handles can be ordered.

How to order?– On this website in the shop section. We send Pikler's triangles and montessori swings by Uloženka - WE DO to the address.

How to choose color variations for the swing and the Pikler triangle?– Each product has a photo with a color swatch. At the end of the order, just write the color numbers and the number of partitions of the given color in the note. E.g. The Montessori swing has 9 bars, so in the note I will write 3x color no. 8, 3x color no. 15, 3x color no. 10
