STATEMENT OF CONFORMITY FOR TOY MANUFACTURE

We, MONTEHRA - Václav Fego, with registered office at Blatnická 4, Brno 628 00, IČO: 63850788, as a manufacturer of toys, hereby declare that the above-mentioned toys manufactured by our company are in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and standards of the European Union and are marked in accordance with the applicable toy directives.

We manufacture our toys in accordance with the following EU standards and directives:

EU Toys Directive 2009/48/EC.
Standards EN 71 part 1 - Safety of toys - Mechanical and physical properties.
Standards EN 71 part 2 - Safety of toys - Flammability.
Standards EN 71 part 3 - Safety of toys - Migration of certain elements.
And other relevant standards in accordance with the type and use of specific toys.

We hereby declare that all toys on the www.montehra.cz e-shop are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of applicable European Union legislation and are safe for use by children. We further declare that all toys are made in the Czech Republic and we do not use any subcontractors from abroad.
